Know when a company you follow publishes something new

Results, trading updates, regulatory announcements and dividend dates all land on a company's investor relations pages first. We watch those pages and email you a few plain lines when something new appears.

The pages worth watching

A short note, not a 40-page PDF

Each alert says what's new in a sentence or two, like “Half-year results published; interim dividend of 4.2p declared”, with a link to the page. Tell us what matters to you, such as “a change to guidance” or “a new director”, and we'll only email you when a change matches.

What ChangeGist doesn't do

We tell you what a company has published. We don't give investment advice or suggest buying or selling anything, and we don't track share prices: your broker or a finance site already does that for free.

Questions

What kind of pages can I monitor?

Any public page you can open in a browser without logging in: pricing pages, product listings, careers pages, policies, news pages. Pages behind a login aren't supported.

How often do you check?

Every hour during the free trial, every 6 hours on Starter, every 15 minutes on Pro, and as often as every 5 minutes on Business. You can also hit “Check now” whenever you like.

Can I choose which changes I'm told about?

Yes. When you add a page, write what you care about in your own words, like “only tell me when the price drops below £20” or “a new job in London is posted”. We only email you when a change matches, and the email says why. Changes that don't match are still kept in the page's history.

Can it watch stock exchange announcements?

Yes, if they're shown on a public web page, such as the regulatory news list on a company's own investor site. Some exchange sites limit automated visits; for those, a company's own page is the more reliable thing to watch.

Is this financial advice?

No. ChangeGist reports what has changed on public pages. It doesn't recommend investments.
